The project involved a series of infrastructures that could attend to the region's both commerce and traffic. The complex consists of a hostel for young and continuously moving professors and post-graduate students, a small cinema theater, a four-storey building for shops and offices and one for clubs and tutoring schools. The complex's first level connects with a large footbridge while the underground levels serve for parking.
